"I like to make it clear that we are a small business in MN and we do not make large copy project everyday. I have experienced the worst consumer service ever today (6/05/12) and like everyone to know. I ordered two (2) compatible toners in one purchasing order for my Brother MFC 9840. The first toner worked fine a couple months, then it start leaking and caused the ghost printing. I called the customer service for the replacement of defect toner. Since I have 2nd toner in hand from the same order and I have to use my copy machine for daily copy project before the replacement toner coming in. I put the 2nd toner in, then the 2nd toner is leaking again after a couple months of copying. I called the customer service,she told me that only one return label for one order, so there is no return label or refund for the 2nd defect toner anymore. She also told me that I should wait for the replacement toner rather than put in the 2nd toner from the same purchasing order. Are you kidding me? I should shut down my office copy function to wait for the replacement coming? How would I know I am so "lucky" to have two "defect toners" at same time? What kind of warranty or service they provide to their customers? So, think clear before you purchase from this company!!!

I have recently moved from NH to CA, and placed an order with SuperMediaStore. Unfortunately I gave the "wrong" billing address (technically I didn't; my bank changed the billing address without telling me).
I received an email telling me that my order was held, and to email them with the correct billing address or to call them. Since I work fulltime within their business hours, my main option was to email them.
I emailed them seven times, once every day that I received their "order on hold" email. They never once replied to my emails.
I had one day where I got out of work early and called them, around 3PM when they should have been open. No answer. I left a message with my correct billing address.
Order still on hold.
I emailed them and told them to cancel, as I needed these supplies immediately and could not wait another 3 days for their system to automatically cancel it.
Next day, order still held. Emailed their special cancellations email address.
Next day, order still held. At this point, I emailed them with a threat of legal action if they didn't cancel it immediately.
Next day, the system automatically cancelled the order, and I received an email telling me that it was cancelled from SuperMediaStore, along with "Thank you for your business."
No, there will be NO business between you and me, Super Media Store.
I highly recommend that if you want an order that will go without any hiccups or might possibly require some sort of assistance, that you order elsewhere. There are sellers on ebay that offer the same exact supplies for about the same price (once you consider shipping costs)."

I purchased a set of refurbished ink cartridges for my Brother HL-4150CDN Color Printer and the ink cartridges I received were defective, which rendered my color printer useless. If you try to print in color you get streaks along both edges of the paper. Plus, they would not refund me. I lost more than I gained when I purchased from SuperMediaStore."
