"Ordered an item that was said to be in stock and said to ship "same day." Five days later the item has not shipped. Sent an inquiry to SuperMediaStore.com -- they stated the item isn't currently in stock. Checked their website -- it's still listed as "in stock." That's called "bait and switch."
I have requested that they cancel my order immediately. Will update if they don't follow through on the cancellation."
"Beware buying this card. I bought 2 and one was defective. Tested the one that works with H2testw and it only writes at 7 MByte/s. Called their "Customer Service" line twice and talked to an Indian woman named Angeline. She initially tells me that my return was in transit, but after I told her I just got an email from SMS stating that it was received and processed, she then decided she was going to do her job. I told her I didn't want a replacement but a return because the card doesn't live up to the Class 10 billing. I explained that it's suppose to write at a MINIMUM of 10 MByte/s if it's a Class 10. She then claims that class 10 means it's a MAXIMUM write of 10 MByte/s and NOT the MINIMUM. And then she goes on that the card I sent back works fine....yes the SAME card that she told me 3 minutes ago that was still in transit!!!! "
"I placed an order through Amazon for this company doing business as an entity called LinkyoExpress. The product specifications indicated clearly in two location that the toner the I order was "By Samsung" and Brand Name "Samsung" however I received a generic toner. I noted that the same entity also sold clearly marked generic toners that were marked as "By Generic" for a lesser price. I requested they send the correct OEM toner and provide S&H to return this one, denied. I requested a price match with the generic toner, denied. I requested an RMA to return this item and they simply cover the S&H due to the misleading listing, denied. I am currently working through Amazon to get a reasonable resolution."
"NO / ZERO STARS......ONE STAR HAVE TO CHOICE. This is the worst experience ever. Order some hard drive on Friday, their system clearly say they have instock. Have some issue with verifying credit card, cleared up. Have to take care of paperwork with the company, we go back and forth a few times. Everything is all done and was assure shipment will be ship out the following day. Friday morning came, got an email
stated that order was cancel, because there is no stock. WHAT THE HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!. After a few time of back and forth a few times, no once nowhere they ever mention they have no stock. "Ordered a toner cartridge (not OEM) for our Samsung ML-2250. They had a great price, plus I had a $5 off coupon. I was emailed a confirmation of the order and it took about 2-3 days to ship. I was sent a tracking number for Fedex, but the Fedex website could not find it. However, the package arrived about 4-5 days later with no problems. This is the second cartridge that I have purchased from this merchant without problems."
"I was very surprised when I opened my box and found a knock-off of Lexmark XL100 printer ink. On the containers it says a brand named G & G. The picture showed the real product, so to me this is false advertising. Unfortunately I probably will not purchase from this company again. BUYERS BEWARE if the deal looks to good to be true!!!!! "I purchased a drive controller card which initially worked fine and then died after only six weeks. When I inquired about returning it, I was told they have a 30 day return policy and would not issue an RMA for me. I understand that I was 2 weeks past the 30 days, but this illustrates SuperMediaStore's attitude and willingness to help out (and keep) a good customer who had a problem very soon after the purchase. Many other places I've purchased from have "bent their rules" under such a circumstance. I learned my lesson and will not purchase from SuperMediaStore again.
Update 9/14: After initially refusing to allow me to return the defective item. They contacted me one week later, only after I had posted this (and other reviews) to make a "one time" exception and allow me to return the item. I appreciate the gesture however late, as I no longer have the item anymore.

"SuperMediaStore has a nice selection of media items and great ability to search and order easily and support PayPal.
Shipment came in quickly, although many stores before have messed-up my ink orders, SMS were very accurate with the shipment and delivered as promised.
Ink has plenty of shelf time left in them (manufacturer is G&G) Prices are very attractive as well, better than Amazon marketplace.
Update: I am deducting a point due to SMS mediocre customer service. Not that it does not exist, but it is slow and you are not getting the feeling you are being taken care of (compare to #swiftink CS, for example which is great).
Case in point- one of the ink cartridges was DOA, SMS CS answered my email after a few hours and simply sent me a replacement item. Great, only it was the wrong item. I alerted them to the fact and in a few hours they said they would have sent the right item only they don't have it (btw- it is totally available on their website for sale), took me a few more emails (couple of them left unanswered) and a few more days to find out what the refund would be and still waiting for it a week after my complaint.
Overall I feel I should alert other people to their lackluster customer service, but they do offer products at a great price, you get what you pay for, I guess."

However, all of the things ordered were ink & toner, so whether or not they provide the quantity of material is yet to be seen. One ink jet cartridge does not work well in my Epson printer. It is not a crisp, clear print even though I've followed the instructions to clean it on the little slip of paper that was included."
