"Over the last 3 years I have ordered from supplement warehouse and had no issues whatsoever. However, within the last year I've had various issues with shipping. The last order I placed took almost a week to ship and then another 4 days for me to recieve my order. With this last order I placed it has been 6 days, and my order has still not even shipped. SW does have the lowest prices but I will not be purchasing from this store again. It's not worth it to me to save $10 if I have to wait 12-14 days to recieve a shipment every time I order. "

"I do not recommend this company. Upon ordering, I received a 5% discount for a price match with a legit competitor. My credit card was later charged the additional 5% without my approval and I was sent an email notification regarding Supplement Warehouse's refusal to honor the price match discount that was honored at the time of purchase. I contested, but to no avail, and in the process of contesting did not receive 24 hour feedback as their website claims and was left on hold for 20 minutes when trying to call their customer service.
In the long run, I am paying more for the product than I would have if I had purchased it from their competitor and I am still waiting for my purchase to arrive. In my opinion, this is a dishonest company."
