"Made my order May 24th, just got it today, almost 2 weeks after putting it in. I really like SupplementWarehouse; they've got great prices and myself and my friends have ordered from them before but this just took way too long. It was not actually shipped for 8 days after I made the order; the website says it should not take more than 3-5 days. I have never had any shipping issues with Nutraplanet or bodybuilding before, and they even throw in some free samples/stuff (I didn't get anything other than what I ordered with this shipment). And that is without it being shipped late..

Again, when I ordered things with some friends before I had no issues, so I am hoping that this is not a trend. I'd still like to order from and support Supplementwarehouse in the future, but this really cannot happen again."

"My first order was a little bit ok. it took them 6 days to shipped my order. although there were some issue with the name that was written on the shipping label but in general it was fine.

My second order was terrible. I placed my order, then after 30 mins, i cancelled my order because i found a much better price. when i contacted them to cancel my order, they immediately processed my order and give me a fake UPS tracking number which when you tract, it is already delivered. when i told them to adjust the price, they said that amazon is not a real supplier. they can only give 5% discount in which in amazon it is way cheaper. "I placed my first order with SupplementWarehouse.com on May 20th. On May 27th, I received an email notifying me that one of the items I ordered was on extended backorder and they would be issuing me a credit for the item/shipping. On that same day, I received my shipping confirmation and tracking number.

My order arrived today. Excellent communication. Not the fastest turnaround, but not bad. Decent shipping. Products arrived in good shape. What more can I ask for? Oh yeah, they matched a sale price from another website and even gave me an additional 5% off!!

"The worst company I have EVER dealt with...

THE WORST.

First time customer who fell for their "Price match" scam and placed an order with the URL of the competitors lower price.

Order accepted and 9 days later NO order sent.

I called them today and they cancelled the order without contacting me and did not honor the price match.

Their "customer service" is bad as well. ON hold for 23 min before someone picked up the phone.

"Where do I start? They say that most if not all orders ship within 24-48 hours of ordering yet after a week I had to call them to get an update on my order. I was then told my order hadn't shipped because they were out of stock of an item but was given no reason why I wasn't notified before hand. After I called twice the instock portion of my order was finally shipped however when it arrived the items looked like they were just thrown in the box with some butchers paper stuffed on top. A packet of protein even burst all over the rest of my items. I was offered little to no sympathy and was only given a partial refund on my S/H. I left a message for the supervisor (Hollie Fletcher) but my call was never returned. I've never seen a less professionally run company. Sure their price match policy may be tempting but just remember, you get what you pay for."
