They where still lax in response I contacted there customer help email no response. Supplement warehouse charged me on the 4th yet did not provide product or any contact there after. and as of 2/10/2011 still awating products. "

"I do not intend to use this company again.
1) Their online catalogue often does not list supplement potencies and I had to look them up elsewhere.
2) When I ran the shipping calculator, it offered two choices, $10 for USPS and $16 for UPS. When I went to place my order only the USPS option was available. This came to about $4 per item making the overall order comparable to what I can get at home.
3) It took them 5 days to ship a partial order and the entire order took over two weeks to arrive.
4) When I sent Customer Service an email asking what the problem was, they sent me back an email saying they would reply in 24 hours. They never did."

"Web site is easy to use. Lots of items that are close outs or clearance. Price matches any other web site, which is good. However, whatever you save in price matching is eaten up in the shipping fee. Shipping is a little high, but, generally order is recieved a few days after you place it."
