"I placed an order with SupplementWarehouse.com on 1/24/11 and one of the items that was available on the website was not in stock in the wharehouse. I didn't receive any communication notifying me of this until 3 days later. I dont think this is very good customer service since this is the 2nd time it has happened to me. They either need to keep their website more up to date with the current inventory or at least respond back quicker to the customer to let them know they are out of stock. It's 2/7/11 and I have yet to receive the item that i replaced with the out of stock item. Very Disappointing!! Not to mention I paid $30 for shipping which seems to be a little excessive. "
