"So long as what you are looking for is in stock the service is prompt. Should the item be on back-order they seem to have no notification method. I order bottled items which are delivered intact but packed with styrofoam peanuts. This may keep the costs low but they are extremely difficult to dispose of. I would gladly pay a bit more for the bio-degradable baking soda versions, or perhaps the air filled plastic pouches. "
