"Hi, first i would like to say i have been a long time user of supplement warehouse. I love this site and have checked out others and they just dont compare in my opinion! This site is user friendly and very easy to navigate.
They represent just about every major vendor you can think of and i have never had an issue with an order; sometimes a little slower than i would like but i would like to believe that is UPS!
When i have had questions the customer service is usually very good with the longest wait only being about five minutes! The people on the other end of the line are very friendly and nice.
I also love that you can compare prices with other websites and supplement warehouse automatically adjusts the price if you find something better! Shows the confidence of being the least expensive and still the best!
The only issue i really have is the shipping costs are kind of high compared a few other sites that my friends use. If there was anyway you could possibly look into that aspect of your business, it would be greatly appreciated as i know you have lost business due to your shipping prices!
I will continue to be a member of supplement warehouse until you guys do something to change my views on your company!

They really are the best prices around, and Im hoping there is not an illegal reason for this.
