"I placed an order on Friday 1/17/20 for eight sinks. These showed in stock and would deliver by Monday 1/20/20. On Monday when they did not arrive as scheduled, I called and talked to customer service. I was told the full shipment would then arrive by Wednesday 1/23/20. On Tuesday 1/22/20, we received two of the eight that were ordered. I called back again and was told the remaining six units were in stock in the NY distribution center, but for some unknown reason had not shipped. I was told I would be called back in 30 minutes to let me know what happened and how it would be made right. This did not happen, so I called back again after waiting two hours. I was told there were no updated notes, but it would get taken care of and we would receive Monday 1/27/20. I expressed my disappointment that our customer expected these 1/20/20 and would not get them until a full week later. The morning of 1/23/20 when I came in to work, I had a shipment notification that indicates the remaining shipment will arrive Monday 1/27/20. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received and that the remaining items were not shipped priority at Supply.com's expense due to the multiple issues with this order. I will likely not be returning as a customer, as I cannot trust anything on this company's website, nor the word of any of the multiple reps I spoke to on the phone. I was told that they would "make it right" and all I received was a "sorry, I don't know what happened". We have also likely lost one of our customers due to this situation and lack of urgency on Supply.com's part. "
