"I ordered a specific product online, but received something different.
I called within a few hours after receiving the wrong item; it had been removed from the box but not installed or modified in ANY manner. It was exactly as I received it. The young man I initially with (Aaron) was very professional and said he would ship the correct item out and provide me with a return authorization. All was well. Or, so I thought.
A few minutes later, Aaron called back and said his supervisor told him I ordered the wrong item, and REFUSED to authorize a return/exchange. When I asked to speak to the supervisor, Aaron was preparing to transfer me, then he said "He's in a meeting", but would call me back. He never called back and I strongly suspect he wasn't in a meeting he just didn't want to talk with me.
So....this is far from being over. Since the product I ordered is for a Moen shower, I'll contact Moen corporate and let them know how Supply.com (an authorized Moen dealer) handled the problem. Before this is over, I'll have the correct part.
This was my first time ordering anything from Supply.com. It will also be my last.
