"When placing my order for a Toto toilet through Supply’s app on my phone, an error message kept coming up that my order didn’t go through. After the third try, the order showed as processed, but the fact was my order was processed three times!!! I promptly emailed customer service, as it was over a weekend, to stop two of the orders from processing prior to shipment. When I called customer service early Monday morning, the representative had already begun processing my refund for the two duplicate items ordered in error. Received great customer service. The toilet I did order was shipped promptly and received well packaged. The price was the best I found anywhere. Very pleased with Supply.com!! "

"I needed a new handle and lever for a Toto toilet. I had tried several aftermarket versions but none worked. When I looked online I found supply.com. They had the exact part I needed in stock and ready to go. I was shocked at the price but it was a genuine Toto part. Apparently this is a common issue with Toto stuff. Anyway, they shipped it out quick and in a day or two I finally had the part I needed. All-in-all it was eventually worth it. "

"Ordered 2 Toto toilets from Supply.com. They were a day late but due to the local shipper and Christmas rush. One of the bowls was chipped during shipping. Toto does a poor job of packing their toilets. Called Supply.com expecting the normal customer service dance, but not only were they pleasant, but extremely pleasant and friendly. The NEXT DAY I came home from errands and found a brand new Toto toilet was delivered. 15 out of 10 stars in my book!"
