After a quick call to Chris Cowley at supply.com support, and his explanation that other service cases arised with the same issue, then my response a couple times of the spec/site details noted above, and me being put on hold a couple times so he could apparently talk with his manager or vendor contact behind the scenes, they decided to ship the PVC drain (under original conditions above) which was received quickly. Love the great service, wish customers didn’t have to catch site product page issues and explain to resolve via multiple approval levels with issues that are already known to impact multiple customers."
