"I canceled my request for a ceiling fan with a light and heater 2 hours after ordering. They are now making me eat the postage for the original order that should not have even shipped. In order to return the merchandise that was cancelled, they are telling me they won't provide a return label. It would cost $27 plus insurance to send it back. That means I am paying $54 for an item that costs $98. This is ludicrous. I have asked them to escalate this to a manager. If everything from a manger level is fixed, I would rewrite my review."

This guy Jerry from customer service (really nice and respectful man) dealt with me and in 10 mins or less, he was able to fix the problem and resent the correct item. The item was delayed, but it was UPS’s fault.. would definitely buy from Supply.com again!! Thanks!
