"I have had a decent experience with Supply.com in the past, but this last order was a joke. Ordered the parts for a bath remodel we were doing ( I'm a remodeling contractor ), and over a month later I was still waiting for part of the order to ship. 5 calls to customer service later and nobody can explain to me why a product that was listed as being in stock the whole time was never shipped to me. Every time I was assured it would ship out immediately next day air, but alas it never did. On the final call, I finally got someone that seemed to know how to bulldog their ridiculous system into actually shipping me the parts. Unfortunately by this time the clients are waiting for two weeks to use their shower. Made my company look inept, and for a remodeling contractor that means losses of tens of thousands of dollars (or more) in referrals. After the final call to customer service I seriously doubted they would actually send it, so I found the parts on Build.com and ordered them. Yesterday the parts came from Build.com -2 days, and today the parts came from Supply.com - 34 days after I ordered them.

I would not order another thing from supply.com if they gave them to me for free, paid me to install them and sent me on an all expenses paid vacation for a month to the Virgin Islands.
