"The ordering was smooth but their delivery service was the worst kind, and the follow up from Supply.com was non-existent: I ordered a bathtub and a toilet from Supply.com on 8/5/20. The delivery was scheduled for following Tuesday, pretty fast delivery I thought. The delivery didn't come Tuesday and their customer service had no idea why it wasn't delivered and had it rescheduled the next day. Delivery came Wednesday but only the toilet, no bathtub. The driver came with no mask on and demanded me to sign the paper even before she unloaded the merchandise. I asked her where the bathtub was, and she said, "I only have one pallet (just the toilet) and if you don't want to sign the paper, I'll take it back" whereas the paper clearly listed bathtub on it. I called their customer service, and it was rescheduled again for Thursday. Again, no show and no calls! Called customer service again, and they promised to deliver it Friday. I asked customer service to make sure toilet and bathtub both to be delivered. She suggested that I call their warehouse terminal and request that. So I did. Delivery came Friday, only the toilet again and no bathtub! I called customer service and called the warehouse terminal to check if they even had the bathtub there, and it was there...somehow, the driver missed it...twice!!! Delivery was rescheduled for Saturday, and it came BUT with the broken toilet!!! The driver wouldn't leave the bathtub (didn't even get to inspect it) and told me either I accept both or he needed to take back both items together because they are one order. During this fiasco, I reached out to Supply.com customer service but the response I got from them was that they can do anything about it since it was their carrier making mistakes but he will check it out what's going on and get back to me and took down my name and phone number. Well, he never called back. No follow through! No accountability!"

"Put in a significant order for plumbing fixtures for a Big renovation job in A kitchen. Received the wrong faucet. Have been charged for the 2 pot fillers even though there is no timeframe for shipping them. Had to cancel countertop install because the fixtures need to be available for to install island countertop. Shipping out the right faucet but have to wait another week and yet still no pot fillers. Reached out to my contact by email and still haven’t heard from him It’s been 8 days. "
