"I had an order with multiple items and shipment arrived properly without any damage. I would recommend to open the shipment before accepting the delivery to make sure the items are not damaged in transit. The carrier's delivery person might push back but it would be good to insist or call the supply.com customer service if they do not allow. After the delivery on a detailed inspection of the items, I found that an item had a minor manufacturing defect. But on speaking to the customer service team all I had to do was to send a picture of the defect and getting a replacement was super easy! I got the replacement item the next day as they had it in stock. Follow the delivery guidelines and inspect the shipment immediately and report any issues within 24 hours as mentioned, all issues would be sorted out immediately. Awesome customer service!"
