"My kitchen sink faucet broke and was unusable. So I needed a part as soon as possible. I ordered the part from Supply.com because the price was right and they were close. (NY & I'm in PA) I thought it might be a day or 2 at the most. I ordered and after 2 days checked the shipping and there was an issue. The issue appeared to be with UPS. I had to contact Supply.com to see if they knew about the issue and if I could get another one shipped awhile or what could be done because I can't wait. They had no idea and checked UPS with the tracking number the same as I did. I asked what could be done and they said they would check into and get back to me. I never heard from them and then the following day the UPS tracking number seemed to have corrected the error. The order then went all over the place before arriving to me several days after my phone call. So almost a full week to get a plastic rings and 2" piece of metal for inside the knob. The main issue was not the company's fault. The reaction to my issue is what I had a problem with. "
