"I added a water heater to my cart and selected continue to checkout. An arrival date was was shown on the screen. 1 item arrives Monday 04/13. The only reason I purchased the water heater is because of that expected arrival date. I needed it to arrive quickly. When I had not received my water heater on Wed 04/15 I called to cancel my order, so I could go to a store and purchase one. I was told my order had been canceled I would receive email confirmation in the morning. When I did not receive confirmation I called to check on the status of my cancellation. I was told cancellation could not be processed because they didn't know if the order had shipped yet. On Fri 04/17 the water heater arrived at my home. I refused the shipment. I called supply.com to let them I know I refused the shipment and it would be sent back to them. I was told I would receive a refund when they received the water heater back. On Mon 04/27 I called to check on the status of my refund. I was told the refund request had just been submitted on 04/21 and could take several weeks. Each time I call I get contradictory information and I still haven't received a refund for an item I ordered almost 3 weeks ago. "
