"Order was shipped to Naples, Florida, instead of Scottsdale, Arizona. Someone in Florida had to repack the box, because it wasn't packed well at all. Had to pay to ship to Scottsdale. It was supposed to be free shipping. Instead of getting it on Saturday, had to wait until the following Friday . The package took a beating from Naples to Scottsdale as well, and I am sort of afraid to check to see if the contents are still intact. Parts were literally falling out of the box, had to dump everything on the floor because the bottom of the box came apart. I've never seen anything like it."

"I found a dent in the top side when I unboxed it the day after delivery. When I called to talked to them about it the customer service rep asked if I signed for it. I asked my wife as I was on the phone if she signed for it when it was delivered and she said yes. So the rep said then you accepted it in the condition it came. I asked if I was pretty much screwed then and she replied yes. Absolutely poor customer service.. "
