Finally, I called customer service (first, I tried their chat option which simply did not work) and the very helpful person said that my package would be delivered that day. It would have been helpful to have actually received a notification in order to track the package. I have no complaint about the product and, if you are not worried about being informed about your order, you will find this company satifactory."

"My order has been on backorder for 12 weeks now it is 4 weeks behind. I am in contact with customer service and they can't locate my order and wont let me cancel it since its transit from manufacturer. The order initially was scheduled to be delivered to them by 3/6, since then every week the response is wait another week, I have contacted them about this on at least 15 occasions in a period of past month. For the past 2 weeks I contacted service everyday, they tell me to wait so they make a ticket and never follow up! Its time for me to contact my credit card and file a dispute."
