"I ordered a pedestal sink with the promise it would arrive in two days. I already had a painter and a contractor in my home and wanted the current sink swapped and only purchased from SUPPLY because of the delivery window. Half of the sink arrived as promised, and I assumed the other half would follow shortly. It didn't and I had to initiate the contact with SUPPLY to learn this. In short, both SUPPLY and Toto got a sale they otherwise wouldn't have, because they promised a 2-day delivery when what I was buying was really a 12-14 week delivery. I'll have to pay a higher price to have people come back out for a small job instead of getting it done when the contractors were already in my home. The only way this was an honest mistake is if SUPPLY can't even tell when they'll be able to deliver a complete order, which may be worse than knowing and misrepresenting when they are able to deliver.
