"I’m generally satisfied with the products, pricing & shipping. When I shop your site, I try to place as large an order that I can.
But my last order, I wanted a USB card to upgrade my PC. Consequently, I ordered a number of other items (camera, bus, and joystick),
all requiring a USB port. Which I DIDN'T get.
Without the USB card, the rest of those items are useless to me.
It’s not rational for me to expect you or any other seller to review or evaluate an order,
Just fill it with what you have & get the dough, right?
Yesterday, I shopped other sources (Overstock, eBay) but their shipping prices
& lack of a physical location doesn’t make me confident.
At least you folks DO ship the goods without fail.
I would appreciate a better way to verify the availability of products
(Maybe by phone?).
Would you lose a sale? Well, sure.
But you wouldn’t lose a customer to some other outfit.
Face it, other sellers out there can offer the same merchandise, prices, service, etc.
I haven’t found any yet. Until this last disappointment, I DIDN’T have any reason to look elsewhere.
Putting all that gear away in my closet was bad enough.
Having to go through the purchasing process again?
What a pain.
Oh, another suggestion- an email notification system for items similar to backorder/deleted items would go a long way in build repeat business
for your regular customers. Maybe with a remind me/ forget about it option to sort out items I found elsewhere or decided to do without.
