"The prices are great. Shipping is not free but considering the pricing is so cheap, paying for shipping is not a problem. They are not the fastest at shipping the product but I can imagine they are extremely busy. Be patient and a well packaged box will arrive with everything intact. I had one problem with my last order, they replied quickly to my e-mail and I received the correct product within a short time shipped for free. I am very satisfied with Surplus Computers and the only problem is that their deals are so good and just by the nature of being surplus stock, if you don't purchase quickly or want more after you order, you may be out of luck. It is not their fault, just the nature of the surplus items."
