BUT! I expect to get the sale tax deducted so I dont need to pay it twice (in both contries), and even tax on tax.

To clarify:
When you buy an item in a country, you pay sale tax to that contry. If you import a product to a contry, you also pay sale tax on it. It is normal (and legal) for webshops to remove the local sale tax from the item you buy, since you will pay that tax in the contry you shiped the product to. So you dont pay tax for the item twice and actually pay tax on the tax as well.
(Within EU this is not an issu).
In most webshops I use this happens automaticly when you order from outside EU. "
