"Swappa works well with device checks and requirements. Sellers have alot more requirements then Ebay or other sites. It gives you buyer protection to dispute bad sales. I'd recommend using it. But with all used phone sites, be careful when buying a used phone. Expect the unexpected and be patient to deal with circumstances that may seem not favorable."

"Everything was good the worst part was how long the shipping took but thsys the post offices fault, not Swappa or the Seller. He got my package out the same day I purchased it, so he was quick. Besides that everything was great. My 4th time using Swappa and I love it! My new favorite place. Only problem I find is when searching for items they are often classified/listed wrong. Maybe admins need to make sure they're approving what it says. Ex.: Every single time I have seen a listing for the Samsung Galaxy Watch3 Black Titanium version, it was just the regular version in black. I still have yet to see one but I always see listings for them and push the "Swappa I need help" button to have them correct it. "I had to use PayPal to receive payment unfortunately, and PayPal is a miserably bad company who withheld my funds because I sold one phone and that made them decide I was a “business”, required me to provide a bunch of documentation but then quite literally wouldn’t allow me to submit the documentation (I.e. submit tracking info for shipment, and then when you click in to submit it says “hm we can’t find any order that needs tracking info” but then takes you back to the other page where it says you can’t have your money until tracking info is submitted). And so then it’s a multi-day battle with the miserable losers at PayPal who can’t help you and refer you back to their automated systems and read you scripts about how sorry they are but there’s nothing they can do to help because some other team handles this and you can’t talk to them because that team doesn’t receive calls but I should rest assured that the team is working as hard as they can to resolve this and in the meantime they’re just going to hold my money indefinitely into the future and I will not be able to access it or use it or spend it or transfer it to my bank or anything else. That is PayPal. That is the company that Swappa unfortunately has decided to force us to do business with. So even though Swappa wasn’t the one making my life a living hell just to sell a phone, I never would have had my money stolen by PayPal if we were allowed to accept a payment through any other method."
