"Its always nerve wrecking to search for an honest seller with a phone you can actually use and I was a little skeptical buying from Swappa. Not that I've had a bad experience or know of anyone who has either, just didn't know what to expect. Swappa made it easy for me to search and go into different listings and see the seller pictures for the phones, their profile and seller ratings. I used to purchase from eBay but have been able to find better prices here on Swappa. The seller I chosed shipped my phone fast, communicated with me whenever I needed and the phone came in the condition seller listing said it would and I couldn't be more pleased with trusting and using Swappa for my cellular purchase. I've also referred a few friends and family to give Swappa a try."

This is a bit late because I haven't been able to get home. I received my newish LG V10 device as described. It is beautiful but had a few more cosmetic dings than I expected. Phone powers up and works beautifully. I've ONLY used it on Wi-Fi because I haven't gotten a chance to buy a new sim card yet. I have registered my newish device on Verizon's network, so the IMEI is good!!! I am beyond pleased with my purchase from the Seller and the Swappa platform. From now I WILL ONLY purchase my newish tech from Swappa...ALL TECH NO JUNK!!!"

What do I like in Swappa is that that they **** your deal from the very beginning to it completion. And level of support is very high. Next moment is price. So, price might be discussed with the seller and you always have a chance to get discount. And at last, but not the least is that all devices are "clear", no chances to buy stolen or suspicious device. That's why I like Swappa."

"I love how they have staff that checks that items are as described. I also enjoy they allow you to leave lengthy feedback unlike ebay.com which has a small character limit. Even cooler is that you can negotiate pricing with sellers on here, wow! The whole website is fast, efficient to find what you want and enables you to have communication before and after the sale seamlessly on their website.
