"Felt like I was taking a risk trying replacement cartridges for my old Canon. Love my printer, hate the price of OEM ink for it! It has been difficult to find good cartridges for this old Canon PIXMA MX360. She's an old workhorse and works like a charm, but often refuses replacement cartridges. Stumbled upon Swift Ink by clicking on a link somewhere (don't even remember) and the price looked good. Being completely out, I decided to toss the coin and buy 210XL and 211XL. Carts arrived faster than expected which was very nice. Read the directions carefully, because I know how easily Canon refuses to identify replacements and often there are directions on getting around error messages. But I didn't need them. I put the black (210XL) in place, closed the lid and didn't even get a 'new cartridge installed' notice. I opened the Canon menu and ran a diagnosis (just in case) and all was fine. Printed the test page and it was perfect, no alignment needed, no cleaning needed. First time in years I didn't have to either ignore an error message to print, accept 'OK' or messy printouts, or just ditch the cartridge! Definitely recommend Swift Ink and will DEFINITELY be buying again! Thank you, Swift Ink, for doing what you do so well!"
"The toner cartridges get delivered VERY fast, without paying for expedited shipping. Also, if there is a problem with the cartridge they are very quick to send a replacement without any trouble. Honestly, remanufactured cartridges are a mixed bag, no matter where you buy them. Sometimes they don't work perfectly, but they are sooo much cheaper than the OEM ones. Swift Ink is good about replacing any cartridges or drums that are defective or just don't perform like they should."
"I am a customer of Swiftink for may years. I purchased a magenta toner for my HP Color LasetJet 2600N over a year ago. On Friday there is a message from the printer display stated that the magenta toner need to be replaced even though the printer is lightly used and there are plenty of toner left. I called and talked to Mark on Friday and explained to him the situation, he said that he would check with the warehouse and see if they could shipped a free replacement for me . I receive the replacement toner today (Swiftink shipped the package to me using next day air).

Was so kind and patient with me during a recent call. He not only tried via emails and follow up calls to make sure that the troubleshooting that needed to be done to my printer worked...that he also held my hand thru it over the call for the 4th call today. All his suggestions and great attitude turned my horrible experience of wanting to throw my printer in the trash....he talked me thru it all calmly and professionally and saved me and the printer from a very bad day.
