"When I got my new Canon laser printer, I was curious how it would compare with my previously owned Canon inkjet printer. Well, I am pleased to say it performs much better - cleaner print, more rapid printing, etc. I ordered my first Swiftink cartridge and it is great!"
"Bought full set of cartridges and followed their instructions to disable firmware updates when I got order confirmation. Set 1 of cartridges arrived and was not recognized. They told me this was a "new problem" and they'd send me an updated set of cartridges -- if I just pay shipping to return them. The next set of cartridges arrived and lo and behold, this time they are recognized, but the black cartridge will not print anything. I wasted hours of my time using the built in printhead clean functions and every other diagnostic -- no printing.
Finally I reached out to CS again, this time by chat, and I was almost immediately told the problem was my fault as I said the printer had been sitting a few weeks while I didn't have cartridges and that Epson printers were "extremely sensitive" and must be used very frequently. Why would that cause a problem? My printer has always sat here for weeks here and there while it was not in use. It's a home printer and not something we need often.
So, I told the rep that this was not a reasonable assumption based on my past usage habits of this printer and every other home printer I've owned. Then - this is what really makes me mad - he sent me a link to a very short text-only Epson support page with a few bullet points. One of them being "If you will not use the printer for more than two weeks, maintenance must be performed by a service engineer before and after this period. Contact Epson support." I protest again that this is not reasonable, he says but it's right there from Epson themself! And sends me a Youtube link with a video on some maintenance I should perform on the printer myself by taking things apart. If this is a routine part of printer maintenance for printers that don't get used for two weeks as he says, he should be able to provide me with a link to Epson's instructions on how to do this -- after all, I can't be the only person in the world who doesn't use their printer every day. So, I flip back to the Epson page... and that's when I see the URL more closely. The Epson printer model number that this page references is clearly in the URL, so of course I look up that printer...
This guy sent me a reference sheet for an obscure Epson dye sublimation printer which retails for nearly $30,000. CLEARLY, this has NOTHING to do with HOME INKJET PRINTERS.
So, in summary.
Sent me a set of junk cartridges.
Didn't answer my support email for 3 days until I followed up again.
Made me pay to send the junk cartridges back.
Sent me a second set of junk cartridges that didn't work for a different reason.
Lied and tried to deceive me by providing irrelevant documentation for a $30,000 industrial Epson printer.
When I confronted him on this, he refused to acknowledge my chat.
Said a refund would be issued, but I don't have one.
It is NOT worth the frustration and time to save a few bucks on these cartridges. Further, I can't believe you treat customers this way, actively trying to deceive them. Your company is a disgrace and your product is junk.
I will never buy anything but OEM cartridges ever again, LESSON LEARNED."
"Ink ran out on just a few prints at Low Ink Setting. Less than 1 month use. Not exactly a bargain of any kind. You get for the cheap product you paid for."
"My hardwood floor is now stained forever, my shirt has to be thrown away and my hands took four washings to get the ink off after your cartridges exploded as soon as I took the orange lid off. I DO NOT BELIEVE any of these reviews are legitimate! How can they be? I bought two cartridges from you and both did the same exact thing! You are literally stealing from people! All of these other reviews ARE NOT TRUE - and you know it!"
"I bought a batch of ink from them. A cartridge did not work upon putting it in, I emailed them and received a response right away. The next email was a replacement email. I am beyond happy with their customer service. "
"SwiftInk has great customer service. Toner problems are inevitable, especially with remanufactured cartridges. But with SwiftInk, our problems were solved incredibly fast. Within 24-48 hours, we received replacements to get us up and running. We were able to chat with a real person immediately and Mark had really SWIFT responses to every question. "
"Good product . Personalized great management experience . An fair option to save a few bucks . Congratulations ."
"I shopped with Swift Ink twice. The first time they didn't have the product I wanted at hand so I decided to cancel my order. The cancellation process was easy and customer service was very communicative and helpful, but I did not have enough information for a full review.
The 2nd time I did order the product from them and I am glad I did. Shipping was quick and I got their free shipping upgrade. Their product is top-notch and it is one of the best replacement inks I've seen on the market. Comes in a professional box and works great in the printer.
My impression is that this is a company that really cares about the products they carry and about their customers, as such I will recommend others to shop there and it gets my top 5 stars rating."
"I was getting tired of paying $18 and $24 a cartridge for my expression xp-830 printer. When I saw these on swiftink I took the chance and brought one to see if it would work. My printer recognized the cartridge on the very first try. It prints exactly like the Epson ink cartridge. I will be buying all my ink cartridges from swiftink. The shipping was also fast. Thank you swiftink."
"I ordered on a Friday, and was pleased to see that the goods arrived at my front door on Monday. Amazing! Not only was the delivery quite fast, the products were packaged very well and appeared to be of high quality. Once installed, my Canon printer immediately recognized them as new cartridges. Why keep wasting money on expensive ink cartridges? I'll continue buying from Swift Ink."
"Thanks for taking care of the problem with the order. Will order again. "
"The only problem I had was one cartridge suddenly (on my HP) said it wasn't a compatible cartridge. I sent email to customer support at swift ink and they contacted me and sent me new one immediately. We also use them for our Epson and no problem with that one at all. After trying other vendors - one of which's ink destroyed 2 of my printers, I'm very pleased with Swiftink esp. finding they have good customer support which is rare these days."
"Best price, fast free shipping, excellent service."
"I have used SwiftInk for years. They always shipped promptly and the orders have always been correct. Their generic cartridges have worked without issue. When I changed printers and no longer, needed some cartridges I had on my shelf, they went out of their way to ensure that I didn't lose any money on my stash of, then unneeded, cartridges."
"Best prices and by far the best service on the internet."
