Disappeared?

"It took 12 days for Sylvane to get back to me after 4 phone calls with voicemail messages and 4 email messages. I also had to call Fed Ex 3 times and talk to someone out of the US just to tell me the same thing I saw on their website. Sylvane said they finally shipped it 10 days later on the 10th but Fed Ex says they never received the cooler. Sylvane then informed me the order was lost and another cooler was being shipped directly from the factory, which took another 3 days.
They can't use the Covhid-19 excuse because I just bought a cooler 4 days beforehand, which is why I bought another one.

I would have been a little irritated but ok if they just reached out and provided customer service.
