"I'm very happy with my toyotomi portable air conditioner; however, it was shipped to me upside-down. I left it right-side up for about 48 hours before I felt comfortable turning it on. Luckily it works perfectly. Not sure if Sylvane or the postal service was to blame for the shipping issue. There were no markings on the outside of the shipping box to indicate which side was up. Still thrilled with the purchase though."

"Ordering my dehumidifier was easy. I received an electronic copy of the receipt and confirmation that my order was received. It was to be shipped "Next Business Day". I never received a status update and the unit did not arrive on the day originally communicated. I did arrive the following day. However, I never received any communication as to the status of my shipment. Additionally, I tried calling customer service the very next day to actually add to my order. After three attempts, I sent an email to the address provided. I was never able to speak to anyone and never received a reply to my email. I am however, very pleased with the product that I purchased. I just hope I never have an issue that requires customer service. "
