"Our older MasterCool broke down and the temps are in the 90's & 100's already! We ordered our Hessaire MC37V 3,100 CFM Evaporative Cooler and received it 3 days later. Such an easy assembly and works great! We did have to hook the water hose to it due to the high heat. The water was used up in appx 4 hours. We did add an additional washer to the connector so it would not drip. It dropped the temp down to 70 within 15 minutes (our shed is only a 10 x 12) with cooler sitting on the outside of doorway. AND that was on LOW! We are in Las Vegas where humidity is usually in the low 20s."

"I needed a replacement pump for my evaporator Cooler. The reason for a star lower than 5 is due to the poor packaging of the pump. Two of the four mounting tabs were broken in sipmeng."

"I ordered a new filter for my mastercool swap cooler. Most places wanted anywhere from $120-180 for a replacement plus shipping. Luckily, Sylvan had the exact same filter for $89 with shipping. I was shocked and couldn't believe it. So I ordered it and figured with everything shipping slow the price would still be way worth the wait. But boy did they prove me wrong. I received my filter with in a week with regular ground shipping. All was in perfect condition and fit just right in the cooler. Now I can keep cool with the socal heat waves and not have to deal with the loud sound the old filter was causing.

"The cooler now works excellently. Got a great price, fast shipping.

However, when I first turned it on it made horrible slapping sounds. Customer Service was gone for the weekend and it was hot, so I decided to disassemble a bit to investigate. By removing the back panel I could see that the issue was a very easy fix: The hose from the pump to the circulation area up top was detached. I simply re-attached the hose and it started working perfectly.
