Buffalotech confirmed they were faulty on Nov 1, 2004. Tom at TBLmemory.com said he would refund me, I still have yet to receive a refund after 10+ weeks and both Bruce at Buffalotech and me emails (since Nov 1, 2004) have not been replied to. I've provided Tom with 4 different email addresses to contact me as well. Update: It's March 9th, 2005 now and still no replies to my email and still NO refund!"

Well, I bought some hardware from Tom when he was selling on eBay, and I was pleased with his services, so I opted to come back and buy some more stuff about a year later.
