"This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 57 years of life! I ordered some shocks and was never notified they did not have them. I canceled the order and ordered them form another company. 5 days later I got the shocks from THmotorsports. I called them and asked for a rma. After a week I never got the rma and had to call back again. So I finally get the rma and return their shocks. They refunded the amount for the shocks but still billed me for shipping. SO I had to call them back. I explained everything to Michael in shipping and they said they would have to research it and they would get back to me! So after 3 more days I called back and they acknowledged they owed me the cost of shipping and it would be processed tomorrow. SO over 5 days later I had not received the refund, I called Michael back and he is checking why it hasn't gone through. I have repeatedly asked to speak to a supervisor and Michael says the phone system is being changed and thats not possible. I have also asked for a supervisor to call me several times and of course, I have never received a call from anyone! Stay away from this company! ****@****"

"I ordered brake pads from TH Motorsports because they had by far the best price on a particular set of brake pads. The seller subsequently cancelled my order the same day with no notification obviously because they had the price listed too low as they now have the same set with a higher price, yet still lower than everyone else. While their website shows they have them in stock, their rep says they don't have any, obviously because they don't want to sell them for the lower price. Misleading business practices with poor communication."

1st day I get a shipping confirmation Email.
2nd day I get a cancellation and funds refunded Email.
Canceled and refunded funds with no explanation. Customer service is useless, can't understand a word he said.

"Ordered a Megan Racing muffler back in august of 2019. I paid in full and received order confirmation. A few days later a shipping label had been printed. A few more days later I received an email stating shipment was delayed and I would have to wait until October before my parts arrived. October arrives - still no parts. I ask why, and they could not give me straight answer but for my trouble offered me a 10 dollar refund. I accept and wait until November which is when they assured me my parts would arrive. November arrives - still no parts. They give me the same canned excuse and after I insist on a reasonable explanation they offer me another 10 dollars...
This time I decline and ask about a similarly priced substitute. They reply again with the same canned answer only this time they really just want me to cancel my order. They pushed delivery out to J A N U A R Y. I ask again for a better solution since I've already waited this long. They dismiss my request and more or less force me into accepting a refund. They do not care about your experience they simply want your money. They will 100% sell you parts that they do not have in the hopes that their suppliers can drop ship. Avoid this company and save yourself the hassle.
I have no choice but to accept the refund and try to source my parts with someone else. "
"So I made a order for my 2014 Scion xB. I ordered the HKS exhaust system. When j received the item... I was sad to find it was only an axel back. But I gave them a ring and they were able to provide me all the info for the set up.
If your wondering.. the HKS system is ONLY a Axel back.. they don't make a cat back or anything else for this application.
.I should of done alot more research but I'm still happy with the tracking, shipping and the product. Would recommend at least giving this site a shot!

"First I ordered a belt for my 350z, and it took 3 months to get here. Upon arrival I found out after I take my car apart I find out it’s the wrong belt. The return process takes so long it’s been a month and I’m still waiting on my money back. Worst company ever do not buy from here they hate veterans and good customer service."
