"I had purchased 3 Living Social vouchers for the 3 power wallets - one for myself, and 2 for my daughters. When I tried to purchase all three, I had wasn't able to do on the website. Therefore, I purchased one for myself and decided to just print my vouchers as gifts for my daughters and let them order themselves. I placed my order on Nov. 10. As of Dec. 1st, I had still not received my order, so I emailed customer support.
Imelda Zavala promptly responded with order and tracking information. On Dec. 4th, I went to the Living Social site to print my gift vouchers only to find that 2 out of 3 vouchers had been "marked as used by the merchant." The only one marked as unused was the voucher with the code that I had used to order my own power wallet. I then contacted Imelda once again; she immediately responded. She was able to place a manual order and have it shipped to my home with shipping waived.
This is excellent customer service on her part and on behalf of TOCCS. I was getting very frustrated with the order process, but she rectified the situation greatly.

"The worst company I have ever dealt with. Was sent an empty envelope in the middle of October. I asked why, never got a reason and said that they would reprocess the order. Here it is December 2nd and still have not received the item. Their customer service is awful you can't even talk to someone on the phone, it has to be on live chat or email. "

I live chatted with Imelda and she was most helpful. she was able to manually put through an order for the item to ship to me and use the expired voucher.
