"I wish I had read these reviews before wasting $25 on bluetooth earbuds. In the mail I got a pair of non-working bluetooth earbuds, and some standard headphones I never ordered. No way to return them or even contact them...This company is clearly a scam. Do not trust them. I have seen this company on Droid-Life and Android Police and several other sites.

Update - Vendor contacted me after seeing this review...still refused to refund my order. Stay away.

Update 2 - As you can see below the vendor offered to "replace" the defective units. As you can see from other reviews, replacements apparently take forever to arrive and are themselves defective. This is why I refused replacement. As of this writing, they have still refused to refund my order. I hope my $25 lesson can also help other people avoid making the same mistake I did.

Update 3 Oct 2015 - The vendor is lying in their response below. I have never received a refund or even been offered one. This company is really awful.

"On September 6th I had placed an order through Groupon for two 10 foot bungee cables for iPhone 5 from TOCCS. The cables arrived quickly, and after the first night I had noticed that they would cut in and out with small movements. One night I had plugged in my phone to charge, and when I woke up the next morning I found that the charge logo was on, but it was just keeping the phone alive at 1%. I contacted TOCCS via email for an RA # (per the instructions on their website), and after receiving no response for several days I contacted Groupon. The Groupon representative relayed the return instructions to me (mind you TOCCS STILL did not respond to me). I packaged the cables back up with the RA #, and enclosed a note explaining that I wanted replacements for both cables. I had not received any replacements or contacts from TOCCS, so I checked the tracking information and saw that they had received the returns over a week ago. I got onto their live chat and spoke with "Regina" who told me that she would email me details showing that I was being sent replacements, and that replacements would be sent out. Fast forward another week and I've still received no replacements or emails from TOCCS.

Overall my experience with TOCCS was terrible. They are a despicable company that wastes the consumers time, and will feed you lie after lie to keep you on the hook. I contacted Groupon for a refund and they were very quick to give me my refund and more. I will gladly continue shopping with Groupon and think it's a shame that TOCCS is tarnishing their reputation with such terrible "service".

EDIT: TOCCS contacted me saying that replacements are on the way and that a "transit delay" is why I have not received them yet. They did not request a review revision and said that even though Groupon had refunded me, they were sending replacements. Will keep this review updated on whether or not I receive them.

EDIT 2: Received two free items from TOCCS while I wait for my replacement cables. When the cables arrive working I will update this review and likely leave a good score.

"OMG, PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE, do not order from this company. I ordered solar chargers and after pretty much BEGGING the company to look into where they were, they FINALLY showed up a MONTH later....defective...none of them worked. I contacted support the same day and got "Imelda" (from TOCCS) who advised she would send out replacements.....NEVER CAME. I followed up with e-mails to her, she could not even have the courtesy to respond...finally I got a LIVE chat with KENNETH who stated that the matter would be taken care of....all of a sudden, I get a VERY COLD e-mail from Imelda saying that it is over 14 days and they will do NOTHING for me, WOW!.......so now I am out $55 and have defective solar chargers.... THIS COMPANY IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I HOPE EVERYONE, AND I MEAN EVERYONE, reads ALL THESE REVIEWS before ordering from TOCCS. UPDATE.......... After filing complaints with 2 BBB (one in CT and one in GA), the company FINALLY, FINALLY, agreed to a refund. BUT.....WAIT FOR IT.....they allegedly sent it to a defunct Pay Pal account from 15 years ago....There is no way to access. I contacted Pay Pal and they advised me to report the company as they advised it was a scam. Imelda is insisting that I received the money already. WOW, they will stop at nothing. And the kicker....I NEVER EVEN PAID WITH A PAY PAL ACCOUNT AS I DO NOT HAVE ONE! This company will try anything possible to scam the customer. Please read all the reviews below. They are all like mine. I so wish I read the reviews before ordering. what a nightmare! ANY ONE MORE THING.....LOOK BELOW WITH ALL THE RESPONSES FROM TOCCS. EVERY SINGLE RATING WAS FINALLY RESPONDED TO ON THE SAME DAY! NOVEMBER 21ST.....SOME OF THESE RATINGS ARE MONTHS OLD. TOCCS IS A BIG SCAM."

"Please, PLEASE trust me and do NOT buy from this company. I honestly have not written a review for anything in years but this company just cannot get away with being so lousy. Long story short, I bought something, it didn't work, I asked very kindly for a replacement not a refund, they said it would take 5-10 business days. It never showed up so I emailed again and they ignored me for over three weeks. I emailed again and they said "the replacement order is pending processing due to a transit delay." It has been over a week since that email and still, nothing. I'm sure at this point there will be no replacement (which I don't want anymore) and no refund. Just don't order anything from this company people, the quality is bad, the service is bad, everything is bad. And I am one of the hardest people to upset in the world. Save your money and don't allow them to test your patience."

"Item were never shipped. After 2 weeks of not receiving my product, I contacted the company. Sent an email but they never responded, called but they hung up on me. Finally got in touch with someone on the live chat via their website. Turns out the item never shipping, they said I was looking at another 2 weeks. Looked them up on BBB, awful reviews, alot of complaints."

"I recently ordered Bluetooth speaker from TOCCs using living social coupon, TOCCs promised to deliver the speaker within 5-9 biz days, I ordered on 16th Sept 2014, and its been over 17 Biz days now, yet my order has not even dispatched.
When contacted to their chat support, they just have one answer, the order is pending at warehouse, once processed in warehouse, we will send you the shipment #, else i can cancel the order if i want, which is absolutely terrible

NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM TOCCs, they don't deliver what they promise.

"As a previous poster wrote, I also ordered a bluetooth speaker from a LivingSocial deal and the item has NOT shipped, though I received a false email claiming the item had shipped- UPS confirmed that the seller had NOT shipped the package to them to send to me; therefore, the email confirming shipment was false. I will also be contacting Livingsocial to get my money back. This company is terrible- attempted several times to get in touch with them (via email and live chat, as they do not have a customer service phone number). SCAMMERS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY."

"I ordered a bluetooth speaker as I purchased a Living Social certificate for a great deal. I placed the order three weeks ago, but they still have not even shipped it out yet.
I tried contacting them 4 times with no response yet.

May have to contact Living Social to get my money back.

Extremely disappointed in their lack of customer service and professionalism.
