The free screen protector is not of the highest quality like ZAGG but i installed it and its working and looking great. In fact I was so satisfied I went on their website and ordered the clear case. That one also arrived in two days and is on my phone now. When I emailed them about my order questions (I wanted to know if they made a case for a phone not listed), they responded quickly and said they could work on it! "DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will not stand behind the products they sell, here's what happened with my clear matte SGS3 case. My order arrived quickly. In less than a month's time, the case started to discolor. I contacted seller after a little over 1 month of use, and he came back with this:
1) You got more than a few weeks out of it, that's pretty good.
2) My clear case doesn't last more than a few weeks, and I have to replace it all the time. (DUH, you have unlimited access to them, we DON'T.)
3) There's a disclaimer about the discoloration on the product page. But, the disclaimer is ALL the way down below instead of SMOTHERED ACROSS THE TOP OF THE PRODUCT PAGE like it should be. And, the first line of the disclaimer talks about how an "ANTI-DISCOLORATION AGENT HAS BEEN ADDED."

Bottom line, don't bother with this company unless you want to deal with a company that has ZERO intention of standing behind their product."
