"Vanessa and Annie are the most amazing teachers. My child is very happy in their care although there are other teachers who do not display the same enthusiasm or care as these two do. I feel as if, I’m the older children classrooms- the teachers are not trained as well. I have heard them yell at the children or speak in very harsh tones which is scary considering this is the example I leave my child under. Again, Vanessa and Annie are a wonderful example of how I expect ALL of the other teachers to behave while in the presence of parents or in he presence of children. It is also often hard to distinguish who teachers are based on the clothes they choose to wear."

"Ms. Morgan was always great, then she got promoted. Ms Drew went on maternity leave and the acting director is simple not a people person, you can tell she avoids talking to parents. She looks lost. The school never looks clean, the carpet looks dirty even though the color was there to not show stains, it looks bad, the bathrooms smell so bad, just the whole place needs major cleaning and maintenance."

"I wish if I have access videos in the drop off room. Dropping off is the harder in the morning with my child since he dreading to stay at the school. If I can see him to make sure that he's ok would be a great reassurance for a parents. Also when the kid is not in the class room I'm not sure where he is when they are not in the playground playing."
