"I know there was a lot of controversy with this school in the past two years. My children were part of the class where the incidents occurred. My child was fine and it was a tough time for the school. I think the strides that the school has made in the past two years are incredible. Before, it was just okay. Now, it's phenomenal. The introduction of the PreciouStatus app was instrumental in helping bring more communication to parents - I love seeing the picture of my children and their friends/activities during the day. It helps build a better connection to the school. I appreciate the upgrades to the outdoor equipment and the exterior painting in the school - it helps the physical building/environment look cleaner and better maintained. The only concern about this school might be the consistency of quality teachers. I know that is improving but the more incentives you can give to the better teachers to give them reasons to stay, the better, especially for this particular school as they rebuild their reputation in the community. There are a lot of quality, caring people at this school who have worked very hard to build and maintain trust during a very difficult time. They should be recognized for their efforts as I can't imagine what a tough situation that was for them. I think the partnership with corporate has been good for the team. The only thing I would caution is for teachers to be on their best behavior when dropping kids off. Sometimes it looks like the teachers are pretty unengaged with the kids at the beginning of the morning. Ensuring that the morning teachers greets each parent and child every morning would be refreshing - it happens most of the time but every day would be great, especially for new parents who give a lot of weight to simple situations like how the staff acts at drop off, pick up, etc."

"Overall very good. Concerns that have arisen were addressed quickly. I do have concerns about teacher preparedness and training. There seems to be a lot of transition and changing staff that parents are not always notified of. Some teacher notes have misspellings that do not make them come across as academically adept as I would like, and proper grammar and spelling is important for professionalism and the appearance of capability. I would like teacher credentials/ hours of experience/ training to be made known to parents via website, bulletin board, or letter. I have witnessed some violations of policy (ie: propping baby up with bottle, letting baby sleep on floor, etc.) that raise concern. I would like to see newer books in classrooms. I have concern about young babies' exposure to germs via toddlers in the baby room."
