"The management is very nice but not always easy to find in the evenings.In my experience, only a few teachers through conversation showed that they care and pay attention to my child. Kids hardly go outside in the winter and daily communication from teachers is poor. The food to me is the biggest disapointment. There is hardly any hot food, no soups and not much meat. I see a lot of cereal, cereal bars, rice and beans, a lot of carbs but not much protein. Just recently they started giving oat meal and waffles but rare.The cook starts at 9 but day care opens at 6:30 which is why the kids rarely have hot breakfast. Eggs are never on the menue. Also between meals there are not much snacks offered. For my child who mostly eats in day care and not much at home, the menue upsets me a lot. My child has been constipated a lot since starting this day care.Also, when kids have runny noses teachers dont clean them well and it dosent seem toys are thoroughly cleaned eather."

"We take our daughter to the Wichita, KS, Tutor Time on W. 21st street. The Ms. Christines (Ms. Christine L and Ms. Christine S) in Infant A are the best care takers we could have asked for. They pay careful attention to every detail of our daughter's care - her eating and sleeping schedules, her dietary needs, keeping the room clean, and her overall happiness throughout the day. They are amazing about letting us know in advance when she is running low on diapers, wipes, etc. They have happily and consistently accommodated many of our special requests. They genuinely care about our daughter. They both light up when ever they see her and are just as excited as we are as our daughter achieves new milestones. They truly feel like and extension of our family. These ladies deserve the highest of accolades. We have seen babies move on to other classrooms and new babies come in to this room. They give each child the same amount of care and attention every single day. I highly recommend them to any parent considering Tutor Time."

"Ive seen much improvement in both staff and facility in my four years of experience. Caregiver quality varied greatly depending on the individual, and there was a high volume of abrupt turnaround of staff. The level of flux and discontinuity was often concerning. For the last two years there has been steady improvement in these areas. I feel that right now both staff and management are very solid and dependable. Corporate management should build on this success and continue to improve ways they obtain and retain well-qualified caregivers and staff."
