"We absolutely love this school and the teacher my son has been going there for 2 years now and is currently in the 3yr old room. I have all faith the take care of my baby just like if he was theres. My only issue period isn't to do with the school itself my issue is corporate charges a crazy amount for care but doesn't pay their teachers the way they should. For one child even with dss help its 163.00 a week for 4 days that is a ungodly amout if parents could afford to pay that kinda money then they wouldn't be needing help from dss. Maybe if they paid their teacher more then maybe they could keep kids in every classroom and have enough to run the school without charging outrageous amounts to care for children. You may wanna look at your pricing and evaluate it so you can keep kids enrolled before you loose quite a bit of business. "

"We loved Ms. Tori and Ms. Tazia, however there is not very much consistency recently in my child’s care. Not sure who her teacher is since Ms. Tazia left. My child should be wearing pull-ups at nap time however she is not being put in one. We couldn’t find her clothes today because she didn’t even know where her cubby was. She needs consistency in her daily schedule and not being moved from class to class to fit what is best for the teachers and not the kids."

"Welcoming, even though my son has been to three different classrooms all the teachers and staff call him by his name when greeting or saying good bye. Wyatt had woken up the other day with an ear infection and we were able to respond quickly thanks to our teacher and the app."

"We have a fairly good experience in the last three years. This past year has been the best due to the teacher my son currently has. She is just so amazing with the kids and my son has learned sooo much. She is just very hands on and does a lot of activities with the kids and is always sending us pictures, videos, and communicating what they are learning each day."

"We have absolutely loved this school and especially Ms. Tori! My child is blooming in not only her social skills but her education. She is given opportunities to learn and grow daily that are at or above the level for a two year old. Everyone from drop off to pick up is friendly and you feel they truly care about your child. My child feels safe and loved at this school."

"Terrible customer service had to rebook 2 different virtual tours both times director of school was not logged into virtual meeting when I called to clarify why she asked for a few more minutes I think 1 hour is enough time to wait gor someone to join a virtual tour they scheduled to begin with! "We have two boys. In our 8 years as parents, we have only had a handful of teachers who were clearly in the job because they love kids. It is abundantly clear to me that Miss Jerrica at the Denver, NC location is one of those. She has an amazing enthusiasm and I can’t begin to tell you how much easier that makes my life. Our son LOVES her and has so much fun in her care. She puts her heart into the lessons, she makes learning fun, and she plans so many fun activities and parties for the kids. It’s so great to know I’m leaving my boy in the care of someone who loves him too. Jerrica is a huge asset and I hope she never ever stops working with children!"

Need to have a Director who cares about the children—maybe have a little hit of understanding and willingness to help vs being short and rude. Teacher is teaching my child this ga they already know and then send me pics and say they know it all. After school program is not great. Children do t seem to be monitored and appear to be able to do anything they want."
