"Overall, our child has a great time, has learned a lot and is well taken care of. Our biggest frustration is the lack of communication regarding curriculum and learning activities. Teachers have the ability to share this information through BrightWheel but don’t take the time to do it. Seeing that there is a curriculum leader now on staff, you’d think this would have been put in to practice."

"My child’s classroom is very chaotic at times. There has not been a curriculum in place for many months now- my child doesn’t do any art or learning activities. It is open play time and occasional story time. I feel like for the most part the teachers care about my child but do not receive support from the director to make it possible to focus on the development of each child. I have not once received a report on how my child is doing in the year that they have been there. The only reason my child is still enrolled is because I feel like they are safe, however currently seeking other options."

"I truly have loved TT and DO NOT want to leave. My biggest area of concern has been the newest teachers hired. Two teachers in particular that interact with my children I feel do you not need to be working in the toddler rooms. They do not stand and greet parents when they come in the room, it appears they are lazy when handling my children, they agree and ‘yes’ me to death, and I have concern for my child’s safety when they are in charge of a classroom and would need to move quickly in the event of an accident.I do love every other person on staff and have been VERY pleased with Mrs Brandy and Ms Veta taking over. Hopefully the few areas of concern I have are resolved and my children can stay for a very long time. I am looking forward to scheduled days and routines following a very busy summer."

We have been happiest when the teachers had longer tenure and really knew our children and watched them grow and develop."
