"Less professional than Chesterbrook Academy.We have been pleased with our daughter's experience.We were less than pleased with our younger child's past teacher.I believe daily walks around facility to address all safety and maintenance issues is necessary.If you find an issue,i.e. ,tripping hazards,clean fountains outside or cleanliness then fix immediately.The landscaping needs updating.There are still tree watering bags attached to trees from opening of daycare.The water hose problem was addressed after months of neglect. If it is winter then remove hoses. There is no need for them.The playground needs better security.I can enter from side of building by dumpster and no one would know.The side of building the dumpster is located is a catch all for everything.It's a disaster.Clean it up.The hampster in school is disgusting.Get rid of it.It's school not a zoo.If kid gets bitten then what is your coarse of action.At least 1 male should be employed for security after background check."

"I've seen things that make me think that there is poor leadership among the staff. Lots of turnover, pettiness, and teachers with a lack of enthusiasm that results in disengagement with the kids."

"Get someone in charge who actually knows what she is doing and willing to help facilitate among parents and teachers. Someone who cares and doesn't always give an answer of I can't help you, my hands are tied when we know she just doesn't want to do her job. She's just a person there to add to numbers. When asked her for help previously about my child, oh there's nothing she can do (yet another director at another center was able to help to get special services initiated). Delay on moving children from one class up to the next, therefore children regress and don't make any progress. Previously had huge issues with potty training. Thankfully my husband and I resolved that by no longer taking pull-ups to school (this was with previous teachers). Some teachers were great, some not so much. Many are new and I can't comment on them as my children didn't have them. Many great teachers left. After our last experience, I pulled my children out that same day. I was no longer going to expose my children / our family to that humiliation. We have several friends that are in the process of leaving for the same reasons. I have previously told corporate that there needs to be changes - it should be obvious when the ratio drops."

"I think my daughter will like it there. Everything looked very clean and the children all looked like they were very happy and having fun. The teachers were all very nice."

"The director at this location is always ready to listen or speak and the teachers are wonderful , they hug the kids and actually care about them It is a good feeling to leave a child with people like this"
