"My confidence is super low in this program. Id recommend friends to start in another building and pay the higher cost. Once you get enrolled in a program its hard to leave to a better one. Right now I feel like we're stuck in a poorly run program. I have no idea who is going to be my children's teachers on any given day. Ive lost count of the amount of interim directors that have come in. The cook and cleaner positions have been vacant for who knows how long. I dont even know who is doing interviews to backfill these roles."

"There was good service for a couple of years but the team has turned over too often. There was much more educational activities and we felt they were learning. Now they just play all day, bouncing from class to class with different age children everyday. Seems like the teachers mean well but they’re short staffed and not getting much support from management. We’ve observed them get pulled out of classes to cook the meals. They’re overwhelmed. Also incident reports do not happen regularly."

"Besides the communication issues this week and the disorganization of pick up and drop off procedures, we love the school. Staff and directors are incredibly nice, the frequent updates are great and activities are well thought out. I know that it is difficult to keep things so organized and clean, so the issues here and there are to be expected."

"In general the school seems good, most of the staff is friendly but the turnover rate is quite high. School security is fair to partly **** and there is potential for it to be good but remains lacks at best. In todays world with terrible things happening at schools across the country I would hope they would take a more proactive approach to preventing something happening. School hours have been cut back again but the price continues to climb - pay more for less! Drop off is fair and its nice that there's no set time they have to be there."

Also our daughter is constantly shuffled between rooms as her actual classroom does not currently have a teacher at the moment. This shuffle has been going on for months.
