"We have been very happy with school leadership and faculty. There was a period in August when we felt a little blindsided by a decision that was made to restructure classrooms, which resulted in our child transitioning to an older room before expected. We were disappointed that we only received ~2 weeks notice for this transition, and we had a lot of concerns that our child wasn't yet ready for the change. We recognized, however, that this was a decision that came from the district and not the school. Still, the school was very receptive to hearing our concerns and did their best to allay our fears. I'm happy to say that they've worked with us every step of the way to ensure the health and safety of our child. I'd like to especially recognize school leaders Jessica and Darby as well as teachers Raquel, Megan, and Lacie for being so wonderful to us and our baby. Thank you, Tutor Time family!"
"We love the flexibility and accommodations provided for our family. The price is understandable for the value of the school and we wish we could afford it regularly. We do love the drop in care option and trust that our child is well cared for no matter what."
"It was rough a year or so ago, but it has gotten significantly better since then. There has been more regular staff and less illness, too."
"My Kid started this care more than 6 months ago and initial days were fine but after few days teachers started changing every 3 months and new teachers always complaining on kids' behavior things became worst after new director change for this facility, I won't recommend this care services to anyone. it is not worth for the services what you pay for this care facility."
"As new tutor time parents we have mixed feelings about this daycare. While the day to day needs are met, we feel there could be more engagement for the kids throughout the day and more student-teacher interaction along with meeting the children's emotional needs."
"2022 was a really difficult year. There was a lot of teacher turnover through beginning half of 2023, but it seems to have settled down a bit in the second half of 2023. The teachers we have now are very good and constant. The school administrators are receptive to feedback."
"See my reply to problems question. thanks for the opportunity to give feedback."
"Tutor time has been such a great school for my infant daughter and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a daycare center. She is our first child so my wife and I were very skeptical and nervous about sending her to daycare. TT has done exemplary work to make us forget those feelings and feel at ease dropping her off everyday knowing that she is in the care of people who genuinely care not just for her but about her as well. I also love the app they use and the features provided to get updates of how my child is doing throughout the day!"
"We have been thrilled with every experience in this school. We were nervous to hand our son off to other people but they couldnt have made it any better. Everyone down from Sarah to Darby up front to all the teachers that do a great job. As parents we were nervous when our son, Chris, moved up to different classes and every teacher has been amazing!"
"The staff are, in general, very cheerful and happy or have a chat during drop off and pick up. We love the structure that daycare has provided for our daughter."
"I love this school, I love the teachers. I have never had a bad experience here. But if the tuition keeps getting raised every 6 months, it won't be affordable much longer. Its not fair to the parents who are on budgets and rely daycare so they can work because they have no other options. If the teachers were seeing significant increases in their pay, I wouldn't have a problem but they aren't. They are the ones that deserve it."
"We love Tutor Time because of the teachers and staff. Our teachers are absolutely incredible. They have loved and cared for my son as if he was their own. Our son has grown and learned so much since he began attending TutorTime. We unfortunately have experienced multiple tuition rate increases with no changes to staffing issues, food quality, and building repair. It’s also very disappointing that the tuition rate increases are not going to the teachers and staff who deserve every penny of it, as they are the ones who love their jobs so much that they stay to mold little minds despite being paid poverty wages. I truly hope that Tutor Time can find a way to reward their amazing teachers with raises, as this will help to resolve the ongoing staffing problems."
"Generally we truly love most of our children's teachers over the years with a few exceptions. The education and care itself is very good. The prices were average with 1 raise each year but last year they raised it 3 times which was insanely greedy and disgusting. The front staff creates fictional sick guidelines with no pro-rated refunds when they try to force kids to go home on fictional sick claims. They did NOTHING to solve a huge bullying issue in a pre-k class where a student was injuring, manipulating, and tricking my child to do harmful and dangerous things. The school did NOTHING to address that student and instead punished my child by making her leave her classroom. Gross negligence and mismanagement. The directors do not have the qualities needed for leadership."
"They are responsive to questions and concerns."
"We have had a great experience at Tutor Time! The teachers are caring and create a warm and fun environment for children. My daughter has learned and grown so much since starting."
