"I’ve always been impressed with how kind the staff are. I feel that my children are very well taken care of and safe. The fact that they’re also learning is a significant bonus. I really couldn’t ask for more from a child care center!"

"Staff turnover is concerning as it creates inconsistencies for my child feeling comfortable and learning. Price increases are uncalled for. My child is about to transition and here comes another rate increase. So as my child moves the price is higher than the previous room, absolutely ridiculous. Policy on diaper charge is not flexible. Overall your business model ****. Lack of teacher pay, drama of teachers and your more worried about profit margin need to invest in your staff. Enrollment fees for summer and extras are a joke. Paying college tuition prices for a toddler makes sense. Policy on covid closure ****. You close the classroom and i still have to pay for a service im not getting and need to pay others for childcare in addition. And you dont pay your staff while closed. Should be ashamed. Bet the director or regional getting their pay and bonuses."

"Love the school and the effort made by all staff, I would like to know more about their friends (names) / families as we see them and kids are not clear yet so we can share more, I don’t feel yet as part as a group as such. Would appreciate more informal communication when picking/ dropoing on areas of concern, progress or how can we support our kids as parents so we can be all one team and not only at certain dates. Feel sometimes they have more strict policies than kids pediatritians and request times and things to happen not as recommended by a doctor. On the overall happy with the school as they show positive attitude and support for new students."

"It's far from what it used to be when we first started. Mixed experiences over the years. At a minimum we pay for child care and that has been in. Tutor Time gouges with new fees every chance it gets. It's expensive enough without all the extra charges."
