I love the teacher. the school director not so much. you cant really talk to her about anything she seems to just play it off and tell you what you want to hear. The assistant director actually listens and does a great job. The school is doing a lot better in general. The teachers seem more motivated. I'm glad my children go here just wish the appearance looked better."

We would only have communication if we dropped it or someone actually answered the phone when we called. Sometimes it’s hard for us parents to make sure our child is getting the care we’re instructing when the caretakers first language isn’t English"

"Communication is lacking at this school. The Director does not care and will always side with the employees. I have seen her bad mouth employees and parents alike. Her friendliness is very fake and it seems as though she would rather be somewhere else. The teachers are okay, unless it is Friday. It seems as though Fridays are slack days for teachers and the Brightwheel updates will lag if you get any at all. You never know which room your child is in or which teacher is with them, although the Director will swear you get the updates as a parent when they change rooms throughout the day. My child can come home with pants on sideways and dirty diapers, and be playing with toys outside their age range (choking hazard, etc.). Outside of the morning crew, most of the teachers are backups and do not care about the kids like they should."
