"This school WAS great when the old management was there. Since the old director Tiffany left, this center has gone down hill fast! Absolute poor communication from staff, the accounts are so messed up that parents are having to pay more money because of the centers mistakes and aren’t taking responsibility for it. Charging parents $20 extra if you forget to sign child out of computer system. And aren’t told by center that you were charged and then they add a $30 late fee on it to make your bill $50 more then what it should of been because they charged you $20 for just forgetting to or unable to sign your child out of the computer system, and I say unable because they also use that same computer to let their staff clock on and off and you aren’t able to get to he computer to sign your child out."

"The director has no respect for parents. I never see her when I pick up and drop off my daughter. She seems to never know what’s going on in the center. She isn’t a good fit to be a director at the tutor time my daughter attends. The two previous directors were awesome and I wish they would come back."

"I have done 3 months of research for a great daycare/school. I am very satisfied with the respect and compassion coming from of the Director (T) and the Assistant Director (M), given to the children. from the moment they walk in; to the times I have seen families/children walking out. It starts from the people thet are running the facility (Directors), that are the mentors of the staff/teachers. Overall,the teachers are doing a great job. I would reccomend this Tutor time to collegues and friends."

"My experience before this new lady became boss was pretty good maybe one or two times had some incidents in three years but since this lady is taking over my daughter's been neglected I had to rush to the emergency room and this place does nothing about it can't get HR to call me back can you get nobody to do anything basically this place needs to be shut down"
