"Overall staff is very friendly and I trust staff with my children. My children have come home complaining. We have utilized several daycares in the past that offered more things for the same or reduced price that we pay here."

"Great experience. My only concern is how often the teachers change. It’s always an adjustment for my child and for us. Also, almost daily I am told about the ways my child has misbehaved each day but rarely told about the positive things my child has done. While I’m happy my child is learning so much at the age of 3, I often wonder if my child is receiving enough “play” time for his age at daycare. Overall, we are satisfied."

"Number 1 question was ambiguous so I responded 'Don't Know' .but ......: I could not find the words to describe the director. I have not encountered another like her and I have had the opportunity to teach in about 10 different schools in Jacksonville. She understands the children, she is caring and particularly informative about the role she is in. I am speechless which is rare because your director is understanding, kind, effective listener, has a clear vision for the school, highly visible, consistent in her behavior, and visibly dedicated. She has helped me by pointing me in the right direction with my son and I have not been disappointed. The staff has.brought me to tears with the nurturing environment and the will to understand each child.I thank them for everything they do!"

"Our family feels unlisted to, when we bring up issues the director seems to dance around the issue. When advised of possible abuse by a teacher she didn't believe us until the teacher admitted her wrong doing, then my child was moved back to a lower class and the teacher was kept. We feel as though our concerns and issues are not addressed while the staffs are and they were the ones that did wrong. Every single I have had to speak to the director it has resolved nothing, it is easier to simply deal with issues rather than address them with her."

"The before and after care seems more like an overpriced babysitter. Little to no homework help. Often times when entering the school, no one is at the desk. The director rarely comes out of her office and after a year, I still havent had a full conversation with her. When at Primrose, I was greeted by the director daily and she knew exactly who I, and my child were. If Primrose transported to my child's school, I would change care providers. Your costs are just as much, but the program and attention is much lower than par. While we adore our child's teacher, and feel she does her best with so many kids, more support from the director, and additional teachers in the class would make a world of difference."

"I felt the cost for childcare was expensive and I was disappointed staff was not helping my kindergartener get started with homework on Mondays. To me, that name of the facility would lead parents to believe they're educationally focused. I did not feel that when I visited. I was also surprised by the overall appearance of the classrooms. The classrooms need to be refreshed and organized."

"We’ve had a great experience with tutor time. Ms. Molly has been great and I’ve seen so much growth since moving to her class. She is very good at updating the app with the activity and what developmental skill they are working on. She’s always on top of everything. She has helped in breaking some bad habits (hitting and biting) that our son picked up. Staff has always been friendly and always addresses any concerns I have."

"Tutor Time on Old St. Augustine is a very good school. I feel comfortable leaving my child there all day. As a picky eater, my daughter has trouble trying new foods, but I like that this school encourages the kids to eat the fruits and vegetables served. They also cook food that the kids like, so I know my child is eating. Their education program is very good, as I can see the improvement already after a few months. The only critique is that the inside of the school itself looks a bit worn, maybe from constant wear and tear. Would highly recommend, however. Excellent and friendly people who know my child and look out for all the children's interests."
