"I was very satisfied with the tour and all that your school has to offer, except for the menu. I was extremely excited about enrolling my child until I read the menu...I was very disappointed. One last thing, the registration fees are excessive ($85 now and $160 in September). Overall, I would love to be able to enroll my child immediately if I could find a way to resolve the menu issues. "Not having family in this state, a learning program was our preferred option as schools have to adhere to national standards and submit to yearly and more inspections, making them safe and up to at least minimal standards. Tutor Time exceeds these, with a thriving program and caregivers who are invested in their careers and in their students. We love our classroom teachers and our daughter enjoys her days. she never whines to stay at home and talks about her classmates and teachers after daycare. The only thing I would like to be more consistent is the electronic documentation. Its great to hear throughout the day how my child is doing, but at times this information is very erratic. Some days, I receive 15 status updates, some days one or two, and occasionally, I don't get any. While I defninitely enjoy the days with many, I do care that I know certain things like if my child took a nap, ate their meals and snacks, etc. If this could be communicated a little bit more consistently that would be great. I understand that some days it is tougher to fit everything in than others, and I definitely want my child to be attended to before an ipad update, but this is one area that could use some work. Thank you guys for all you do, you have a fantastic team and my child loves all her caregivers there."
