The level of professionalism exhibited by this organization is extremely disappointing. I am both shocked and disheartened by my experience. Since July, I have been attempting to enroll my daughter after attending a tour. I was informed several times that there were openings and that I should initiate the enrollment process. However, once it became clear that I would be pursuing childcare, those openings mysteriously disappeared. "We truly have had an AMAZING experience with Tutor Time in Lindy. My son started in the infant 1 class room with Ms. Amanda and Ms. Mari and they made the toughest transition for me back to work from maternity leave as easy as possible. My son is currently in infant 2 with Ms. Suzanne who sends the most adorable photos and videos daily! We love having access to the SproutAbout app and being able to see what he’s up to all day with his friends. Our son has been meeting all of his developmental milestones early and we attribute this to the educational curriculum and positive socialization Tutor Time provides. The Director Ms. Kim and the Assistant Director Ms. Julianne are both so approachable and helpful. It’s hard to be away from my baby during the long hours I work and I find comfort in knowing he’s in such good hands!!"

I would like the teachers to show a little more affection and empathy to kids who are still adjusting to their new surroundings."

"my daughter only started at Tutor Time three weeks ago, but we have had a positivie experience thus far. The staff and teachers are all very welcoming and genuinely care about each child. We receive updates throughout the day which show when she has been fed and changed. The teachers have all continued to tell my husband and I that our daughter is happy and smiley while she is at the center which tells us everything we need to know about how she is being cared for."

"We’ve had 2 children go through Tutor Time Lindenhurst. The last year plus since Kim became the director have been the best and we’ve seen a great deal of community building and general welcoming environment. We’ve loved the events and love being involved. If I could make one recommendation that my family and most of the families feel are really important. The back parking lot on both sides NEEDS a retractable fence or gate so when back lot events are hosted the families don’t need to worry about the kids running in the street or cars pulling in suddenly. That would be a huge improvement and would be a game changer for the location when they do camp, graduation, truck or treat, backyard bbq, etc etc. The retrafence or gate would be a home run."
